Logos SCH is an integrated workstation with full automatic management, allowing the complete cycle of operations for the production of solid wood window frames. Cutting, tenoning, drilling, milling, and profiling are the operations that can be performed.

Logos SCH is an integrated CNC (Computer Numerical Control) work center with fully automated management, designed to perform the complete processing cycle of tenoning, milling, drilling, and profiling for the production of solid wood window frames.

Logos SCH handles all movements and positioning of the pieces automatically, without manual intervention, using electronically controlled clamps and manipulators. All operations are carried out through the alternation of the operating heads, which execute any necessary automatic tool changes in hidden time, ensuring high quality and production pace.

With its dual piece transport system, Logos SCH allows the processing of 2 pieces simultaneously during tenoning, milling, and drilling phases. In the profiling area, the machine processes 4 pieces at a time using 4 motors working in splitting mode for both the internal and external profiles. Logos SCH also offers the possibility of using the pantograph table, employing the same tools used for linear production to create prefinished arches.
