This page aims to describe the website’s administrative procedures concerning the processing of personal data of users who consult the website. This notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of laws no. 196/2003-concerning The Personal Data Protection Code to those who link to the corporate website of Working Process Srl (hereinafter the “website”) by accessing our web services via computers.

Treatments related to the services of the website take place at the offices of the Working Process Srl and are only handled by processing staff, or others charged with occasional maintenance.

The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to be informed of their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or correction (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
Pursuant to the same article, the interested parties have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and in any case to object to the processing of data, carried out for legitimate reasons.
